  1. 11)Do NOT weigh yourself everyday! It happen that you weigh more at certain times during the day, it has to do with water etc. and in the morning when you weigh, your weight will be less. Weigh one time a week and try do it at the same time as the previous week.

Day 21

Today will be interresting for me because it is time to weigh again, i do not know why but i feel scared to and weigh myself today. A very strange thing is that i am not hungry at all and i am not going to make myself eat,wonder if it wrong to do this?

I weighed in today and i lost 2,4 Kilogram for teh week !!!!!!!!

Man that feels great and i am now extra boosted to keep with my weight loss plan to weigh less !And the best of all it is through natural weight loss

The week away - Day 14

I have been away from day 6 till today because i was attending a rugby tournament that my son was participating in.

I stayed at a place with no facilty to make food so i had to improvise on what i was eating.It was difficult for me to stick with my eating plan but i am back on track now.

It is a little strange for me as i feel swolen and it feels like i have not lost any weight so far.I will go weigh later on and see the results and i will post it here.

Good news, i lost 1,8 Kg.

From 139,8 Kg with weigh in to 138 Kg now!

I was hoping to lose more than this but i will get there.

I have drink all my water(2liter) for the day. I am not hungry at all and feel this can work. I had only one time that i felt hungry but that was half an hour before lunch, i drank some water then.

Weigh in

Today was my weigh in to see how much weigh i got to get rid off. Just as i thought, it is a lot !

I weigh 139,7 kg that gives me 41,7 kg to loose ! Well i got the schock and now i am going to start with my weight loss plan to weigh less ! It is now 19:04PM in South Africa and tommorrow morning will be my first breakfast  in the plan to loose weight.

I know 41,7kg is a lot but i will target this mountain step by step, my aim is my first 6,7kilo's, i will go with everything i got to get there!
