Day 16

Breakfast

All bran flakes with milk

Snack

Yoghurt
Fruit

Lunch

Chicken and advocado sandwich, salad

Afternoon snack

fruit

Late afternoon Snack

Rye crisps with cottage cheese and avocado

Dinner

Pork Bangers, mixed vegetables, peas and potato

2 liters of water for the day

On my way to weigh less with healthy weight loss.

Breakfast
Pronutro with milk

Snack
Milk and a fruit

Lunch
Bread,chicken,peas, and slaw + till now 1 liter of water

Afternoon snack
Fruit

Late Afternoon Snack
Rye bread with cottage cheese and avocado

Dinner
Steak, baby patotoes, mushroom,slaw

I have drink all my water(2liter) for the day.
On my way to weigh less with healthy weight loss.
