Big challenge today

Today with my journey with weight loss to weigh less and maintain it, i stand before a big challenge because of a wedding that i am going to attend.

As we all know a wedding is a festive like veneu and this is a big thing for keep me controlling myself in not to cheat on my weight loss plan.

As from tomorrow i am going away for a week and that is just a big thing because i am on lets call it a vacation.

So from my first week i am put up with big challenges to keep with my weight loss plan.

Day 4

Breakfast

All bran flakes with milk

Snack

Yoghurt
Fruit

Lunch

Chicken and advocado sandwich, salad

Afternoon snack

fruit

Late afternoon Snack

Rye crisps with cottage cheese and avocado

Dinner

Pork Bangers, mixed vegetables, peas and potato

At Dinner time i did not feel hungry at all, it feels like the food is to much now.

Pork sausages patato mix vegetables and peas

It is now 20:24 and i feel a little hungry

Weigh in

Today was my weigh in to see how much weigh i got to get rid off. Just as i thought, it is a lot !

I weigh 139,7 kg that gives me 41,7 kg to loose ! Well i got the schock and now i am going to start with my weight loss plan to weigh less ! It is now 19:04PM in South Africa and tommorrow morning will be my first breakfast  in the plan to loose weight.

I know 41,7kg is a lot but i will target this mountain step by step, my aim is my first 6,7kilo's, i will go with everything i got to get there!
