Breakfast
Pronutro with milk

Snack
Milk and a fruit

Lunch
Bread,chicken,peas, and slaw + till now 1 liter of water

Afternoon snack
Fruit

Late Afternoon Snack
Rye bread with cottage cheese and avocado

Dinner
Steak, baby patotoes, mushroom, mixed vegetable and peas

I have drink all my water(2liter) for the day. I am not hungry at all and feel this can work. I had only one time that i felt hungry but that was half an hour before lunch, i drank some water then.
On my way to weigh less with healthy weight loss.
