Pronutro with milk

Milk and a fruit

Lunch
Bread,chicken,peas, and slaw + till now 1 liter of water

Afternoon snack
Fruit

Late Afternoon Snack
Rye bread with cottage cheese and avocado

Dinner
Steak, baby patotoes, mushroom,slaw

I have drink all my water(2liter) for the day.
On my way to weigh less with healthy weight loss.

Hi, Yes i have been quiet,sorry for that, i was away from home this week and i had no facilities where i have stayed.But i am back now and we will go on day by day like i did,sorry again.
