Chicken, salad,bread

Afternoon snack

Late afternoon Snack

Rye crisps with cottage cheese and avocado

Dinner

Roasted meat, mixed vegetables, peas and potato

2 liters of water for the day

On my way to weigh less with healthy weight loss. 

At Dinner time i did not feel hungry at all, it feels like the food is to much now.
