The week away - Day 14

I have been away from day 6 till today because i was attending a rugby tournament that my son was participating in.

I stayed at a place with no facilty to make food so i had to improvise on what i was eating.It was difficult for me to stick with my eating plan but i am back on track now.

Breakfast

All bran flakes with milk

for the rest of the day i am only going to drink water untill dinner

It is a little strange for me as i feel swolen and it feels like i have not lost any weight so far.I will go weigh later on and see the results and i will post it here.

Good news, i lost 1,8 Kg.

From 139,8 Kg with weigh in to 138 Kg now!

I was hoping to lose more than this but i will get there.
