Day 17

Next week my 3 weeks rebound weight loss eat plan are finished and i will start to use more differant food choices than now.The weight loss diet will be much more nicer. I can not wait to get there.I can feel allready that i am getting used too eat healthier and cannot eat that much at one time.

Breakfast

Pronutro with milk

Snack

Yoghurt
Fruit

Lunch

Chicken, salad,bread

Afternoon snack

fruit

Late afternoon Snack

Rye crisps with cottage cheese and avocado

Dinner

Roasted meat, mixed vegetables, peas and potato

2 liters of water for the day

On my way to weigh less with healthy weight loss.
