Day 29 of my weight loss journey to weigh less

So far i feel good but i got a craze for something sweet today, the best thing of all is i am not a sweet thing person! I wonder what is the meaning of this?


Breakfast
Pronutro with milk

Snack
Milk and a fruit

Lunch
Slice toast with marmite,Tuna salad

Afternoon snack
Fruit

Late Afternoon Snack
Rye bread with cottage cheese and Nuts

Dinner
Steak, pumpkin,broccoli,cauliflower


I did drink all my water(2liter) for the day.

On my way to weigh less with healthy weight loss
