Day 23 of my weight loss journey

Breakfast

Slice of bread with marmite and a glass of milk

Snack

An apple and yoghurt

Lunch 

Haddock fish and tomato slaw


Dinner

Lamb tjop, pumpkin,mixed vegetables and corn


2 liter of water for the day.


On my way to weigh less with healthy weight loss.
