Day 21

Today will be interresting for me because it is time to weigh again, i do not know why but i feel scared to and weigh myself today. A very strange thing is that i am not hungry at all and i am not going to make myself eat,wonder if it wrong to do this?

I weighed in today and i lost 2,4 Kilogram for teh week !!!!!!!!

Man that feels great and i am now extra boosted to keep with my weight loss plan to weigh less !And the best of all it is through natural weight loss

Dinner

Pasta and mince meat, mixed vegetables, carrots

I am well on my way to weigh less now and feel great that i lost 4,2 Kilograms in the past three weeks !
