All Bran Flakes with milk

Yoghurt
Fruit

Lunch

Fish with cucumber and tomato

Afternoon snack

Late afternoon Snack

Rye crisps with cottage cheese

Dinner

Chicken, potato wedges, mixed vegetables, peas, corn, butternut.

2 liters of water for the day

On my way to weigh less with healthy weight loss.
