Chicken sandwich, Tomato salad

Afternoon snack

Late afternoon Snack

Rye crisps with cottage cheese

Dinner

Mince and pasta, mixed vegetables, peas and beetroot

2 liters of water for the day

On my way to weigh less with healthy weight loss.
