Day 28 of my weight loss journey to weigh less

Another great week for me , i have lost 1,6 Kg for the week! This is great! i am well on my way to weigh less with my weight loss, the best of all is that i did it the natural way and i am  not starving myself!

Dinner

Lamb tjop, baby patotoes,rice and curry mixed vegetables.

I have drink all my water(2liter) for the day.

On my way to weigh less with healthy weight loss.
