Chicken salad, bread and tea
Up and till now 6 glasses of water.
Afternoon snack
Fruit
Late afternoon snack
Rye crisps with cottage cheese and avocado
Dinner
Pork sausages patato mix vegetables and peas
2 liter of water for the day.

Eating healthier is like nothing else. Some days I fall off of the bandwagon and eat crap...then I feel like crap and the weight just stick. Thanks for the info.
